You have two options to create a program: from your patient’s profile directly or from the tab “Programs”.
1. Click on “Create Program”
2. To find exercises that are most adapted to your patients’ needs, head to the Exercise Library located on the left corner and use the filters for quicker navigation.
3. Click on an exercise to preview its tutorial, voice-over, steps, required equipment (if any), and add specific comments that only your patient can see.
4. Drag and drop the appropriated exercises to a 7-day canvas to design a list of sessions for your patient to complete throughout the week.
Patients can do a maximum of one session per day, but you can include as many exercises as needed per session. For each exercise, you can define the number of repetitions they should do. It’s important to note that patients have break times between each repetition or exercise.
Once your program is ready, you can save if as a template (to re-use it later), or start the program by selecting a patient for it. Make sure to choose name, a start date, and the program’s duration in terms of weeks.
