Physio.me, is a remote exercise platform that provides people living with neuromuscular diseases (NMDs) tailored exercise programs that may be completed on their own and outside of a clinical setting. Physio.me is not a medical device and does not provide any recommendations. The name “Physio.me” reflects the special relationship between the physiotherapist and the patient and the fact that the exercise program may be tailored to the needs of each person living with NMD.
