Emails related to your activity on Physio.me, such as technical emails related to your account, password, are mandatory. You will not be able to unsubscribe from these emails. However, you can unsubscribe from communication emails related to updates about your exercise program or product evolution. Simply deactivate the “Emails” switch on the Notification page within your Profile page.
